The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the bearepark.com website ("site"); and the information contained is made available to you via this site. By accessing or using this site in any manner, you agree to the binding Terms and Conditions.

BEARE PARK reserves the right to make changes to this site (including Terms & Conditions). Please review Terms and Conditions.

Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway Shopify Payments, or with PayPal, AfterPay & Zip Pay online.

Afterpay is available to Australian and New Zealand Residents. Zip Pay is available to Australian residents only. 

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer. 

BEARE PARK does not provide return labels, and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the order using a shipping method of their choice.

Full-price items included in a temporary promotion are non-refundable, unless in the event of the item being faulty. An exchange or store credit will be issued if you choose to return any purchases made during a promotional period or using a code.

Please note, first time purchases using the Welcome code only are eligible for a full refund, subject to this Returns Policy.

Final sale refers to items that are marked to clear. These items are marked with 'Final Sale' in the product description. Final sale items are not eligible for return, unless in the event of the item being faulty. with a final sale notice on the product also. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and reaching out to our online team for assistance prior to purchasing for size and style advice. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree to these terms.

From time to time, BEARE PARK offers promotional discounts in the form of discount or coupon codes. Terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. To apply a coupon or discount code, the code must be applied at checkout. BEARE PARK is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively.

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and BEARE PARK will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. BEARE PARK reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. All prices are shown on www.bearepark.com are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless converted to a foreign currency equivalent. A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown for domestic orders. International purchases are exclusive of VAT or equivalent and may incur additional import duties and tax charges. 

BEARE PARK reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, BEARE PARK reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.

BEARE PARK makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently. 

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at customercare@bearepark.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third-party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.

BEARE PARK endeavours to keep the information on the BEARE PARK website up to date however it may contain errors and inaccuracies and may not be current at time of viewing.

BEARE PARK does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the BEARE PARK website.

Some BEARE PARK garments are washed or dyed to give a pre-loved feel. Any irregularities in colour or texture are intentional. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.
