BEARE PARK offers complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $500 AUD. All orders under $500 AUD will be charged $15 AUD.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia post express services.

Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery from purchase date. 

We offer same day delivery for customers located within a 50km radius of Redfern, Sydney.

If your suburb qualifies, the option will appear at checkout with delivery fees calculated based on your location. Delivery prices start from $10.

To qualify for same day delivery, please place your order by 12:00 pm AEDT, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as packages cannot be left unattended. If no one is available to accept the order, it will be returned to BEARE PARK and a re-delivery fee will apply.

All same day deliveries are handled by Flash Couriers to ensure fast and reliable service.

Complimentary in-store pickup is available at our Sydney Flagship: 25 William St, Paddington 2021. Eligible orders will be indicated at checkout. We aim to have your item(s) ready for collection within 1 business day of your order being placed.

You will receive a notification by email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this notification. Orders must be collected within 7 days of the Ready for Collection notification.

To collect your order, please present your order confirmation email along with a valid ID that matches the first and last name on the order.

You may nominate someone else to collect your order by adding their first and last name at checkout. Your nominated person must present the order confirmation email and a valid ID.

BEARE PARK ships internationally via DHL Express Worldwide.

Complimentary DHL Express shipping is available to selected international destinations once the applicable order threshold has been reached. Shipping rates and complimentary shipping thresholds vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive your DHL Express tracking details via email. Please allow 3–7 business days for international delivery.

International orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, countries within the European Union, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, taxes and applicable import charges are included, meaning there are no additional charges payable upon delivery.

Orders shipped to countries outside those listed above may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated, displayed and charged at checkout. If duties and taxes cannot be collected at checkout, they may be payable upon import in accordance with your country's customs regulations. Please refer to your local customs authority for further information.

Please note that orders exceeding US$800 shipped to the United States may require formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to request your Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number (SSN) to complete customs clearance.

BEARE PARK does not refund duties or taxes paid should you decide to return an order. International customers should contact their local customs authority regarding any potential tax refunds.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
