As the Senior Sales Associate at BEARE PARK, you will act as a key retail lead within the flagship store, supporting day-to-day floor operations while serving as a vital point of communication between the store and Head Office. This role plays an important part in ensuring retail trade data, client insights, and floor observations are shared accurately and in a timely manner to support informed decision-making and broader business goals.

You will lead through presence on the shop floor, delivering elevated client experiences, driving sales through relationship-led service, and supporting VIC initiatives that build long-term loyalty. Alongside your in-store responsibilities, you will contribute to trade reporting and the communication of key insights on client behaviour, product performance, and trading opportunities - supporting shared ownership of retail operations across the business.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Take shared ownership of daily store operations, supporting smooth execution, strong commercial outcomes, and consistent alignment with BEARE PARK’s service standards and brand values.
  • Act as a senior point of support for the store team, offering guidance and real-time training during trade.
  • Lead with visibility on the shop floor, setting the tone through professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, POS accuracy, ship-from-store orders, and day-to-day operational flow.
  • Deliver a refined, intuitive, and highly personalised client experience that reflects BEARE PARK’s luxury positioning.
  • Drive sales through genuine relationship-building, confident styling guidance, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Support and assist in the execution of VIC initiatives and long-term relationship management, contributing to client acquisition and retention through considered, personalised engagement.
  • Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets through a service-led, commercially aware approach.
  • Maintain strong awareness of product, size depth, and availability to support conversion, substitution, and client satisfaction.
  • Share in-store insights and client feedback to support product focus, VM priorities, and trading decisions.
  • Ensure the store consistently reflects the BEARE PARK brand across all touchpoints - styling, VM, packaging, and personal presentation.
  • Lead and maintain immaculate standards across the floor, change rooms, and back-of-house.
  • Support visual merchandising upkeep and floor resets in line with brand guidelines and seasonal direction.
  • Act as a key point of communication between the flagship store and Head Office, ensuring timely, accurate sharing of retail trade data, client insights, and floor observations.
  • Support retail trade reporting through consistent daily inputs, detailed client notes, and clear communication on store performance, client behaviour, and trading opportunities.
  • Capture and relay insights on product performance, size demand, conversion drivers, and client preferences to inform weekly trade analysis and operational decision-making.
  • Support VIC development, ensuring client interactions, preferences, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and effectively communicated for targeted outreach and retention.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail, with strong seniority on the shop floor.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through elevated, relationship-led service.
  • Confident, polished, and professional, with natural leadership presence in a retail environment.
  • Strong product, styling, and brand storytelling capability.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously during trade.
  • Flexible availability (minimum 3 days per week), including weekends, evenings, and key retail periods.

This role reports directly to the Brand Manager, working closely with them to ensure the in-store experience reflects BEARE PARK’s vision and values. You will also closely collaborate with the broader team across marketing, online operations, and product to ensure a seamless and aligned client experience.
